Package 1 (Bath + Back Massage)

Package 1 is the perfect entry point into the Sultan Hamam experience — a carefully curated combination of our traditional Turkish bath ritual and targeted massage therapy that delivers maximum benefit in a compact timeframe. This package is ideal for first-time visitors, guests with limited time, or anyone who wants to experience the hammam without committing to a full day.

Your journey begins in our sauna (kuru sauna), where dry heat gradually raises your core temperature to approximately 80°C. Over 15-20 minutes, your body begins to sweat, naturally releasing toxins through the skin. The heat penetrates deep into your muscles, preparing them for the treatments ahead. From the sauna, you move to the steam room (buhar odası), where warm, humid air opens your pores completely and softens your skin for the exfoliation to come.

The heart of the hammam experience takes place on our heated marble stone (göbek taşı). Our experienced attendant performs a vigorous full-body exfoliating scrub (kese) using a traditional coarse silk glove. You will be amazed at the amount of dead skin that is removed — leaving your skin incredibly smooth and glowing. Following the scrub, you are enveloped in a cloud of rich, warm foam created from natural olive oil soap, and the attendant performs a gentle foam massage that cleanses, soothes, and relaxes the entire body.

After rinsing off, the package continues with a professional 30-minute Back, Neck & Shoulders Massage. This targeted treatment addresses the areas where most people hold their stress — the trapezius muscles, neck, and upper back. After the heat of the hammam, your muscles are deeply warmed and receptive, making the massage significantly more effective than it would be on cold muscles. The therapist combines Swedish and deep tissue techniques to release tension, improve mobility, and leave you feeling loose and refreshed.

Swimming pool access and unlimited complimentary drinks (tea, water, soft drinks) are included throughout your visit. We recommend allowing 2-3 hours to enjoy the full Package 1 experience at a relaxed pace.
